In this inner-city gem, the Leipzig University Foundation created nine attractive guest apartments for visiting researchers, which are available for short-term rentals. The apartments are modernly equipped and have all amenities, such as an elevator, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, a laundry with washing machine and dryer (for a fee). The house is located very centrally — about 2 minutes from the market — but the tenants still enjoy a quiet living environment thanks to the location in the courtyard away from the street.

There are a total of three apartment types available:

  • Apartment Type 1: Our smallest guest apartments are ideal for guests who arrive alone and have a limited budget.
Monthly rent: 559.00 Euros (7 per cent VAT included)

  • Apartment Type 2: These apartments are slightly larger, offering our guests more space to relax and make themselves at home.
Monthly rent: 599.00 Euro (7 per cent VAT included)

  • Apartment Type 3: Are you traveling with a partner or a child? Then the Type 3 apartments are perfect for you. Apartment No. 3 features a king-size bed and a spacious rooftop terrace. Apartments No. 1 and 9 are designed as two-room apartments, so the bedroom with a king-size bed is separate from the living area.
Monthly rent: 799.00 Euro (7 per cent VAT included)

  • Deposit: The deposit is one month's rent.

Please note that demand for guest apartments is very high. It may therefore happen that your preferred guest apartment is no longer available.
